Each strategy is a fixed set of rules taken from its author and tested every trading day against daily prices, the S&P/ASX 200, reported company fundamentals and ASIC short positions. A rule is unknown when the data is missing, or when the figure is not meaningful for the company (a bank's cash conversion, say), and unknown never counts as a pass. Stocks are ranked by status first, then by a 0 to 100 score: a rule earns more of its weight the more decisively it passes, and a setup earns part of its trigger rule's weight for how close its measure is to the trigger, so the names nearest to firing rank first.
