Fenix Resources (ASX: FEX) is a Western Australian iron ore producer with a vertically integrated model spanning mining, road haulage and port logistics through its wholly owned Road Logistics and Port Logistics businesses. It produces direct shipping iron ore from its Mid-West assets and transports product by road to Geraldton, where it operates its own storage and loading infrastructure. This integration is intended to improve reliability, control costs and support growth toward a multi-mine production profile.
