The page's vintage is the newest price period present in the state response, though not every suburb necessarily shares that exact sales window. A suburb median compresses varied houses and transaction counts into one midpoint. It says nothing about a particular dwelling's size, condition, availability or asking price. This ranking is a factual state comparison, not an assessment of live inventory, financing, future performance or suitability for an individual buyer.
