About this ranking

South Australia's fastest-growing table sorts the latest reported year-on-year change values from highest to lowest among priced suburbs. the suburb dataset carries the Valuer-General-derived median series and ABS Census population used by the filter. A suburb with no positive median or fewer than 200 residents is excluded before ranking, because missing prices and very small populations can create meaningless extremes. The newest available price period in the state response appears on the page, but each percentage remains an aggregate of its suburb's own sales windows. A changing sales mix can lift a median even when comparable houses have not risen by the same rate. The list therefore describes year-on-year movement in published medians rather than guaranteed property-level appreciation. It is not a momentum forecast, a measure of market depth or a recommendation about any suburb.
